公司设备先进。先后引进了德国通快公司生产的TruLaser3030数控激光切割机和TruPunch1000数控冲床、日本AMADA-RG1030数控折弯机、亚威PBB-500/6200数控板料折弯机、亚威PBB-220/310数控板料折弯机、龙门加工中心NVP2012、龙门加工中心BM850t、数控龙门等离子切割机、630T液压机、315T液压机、200T液压机以及10T至125T冲床、金方圆数控剪板机、吊钩式抛丸清理机、研磨机、点焊机、钻床、铣床、车床、线切割、攻丝机等一系列配套加工设备，精密加工0.5-40毫米厚的各种材质的钣金件及其焊接组件。
公司技术成熟。在钣金成形和模具设计、制造及零件生产实践中积累了丰富的经验，能够针对客户的需求数量、精度要求设计制造出工序科学、经久耐用的拉伸和冲压模具。

Established in October, 2007, Zhedian Metal Technology (Shanghai) Co ., Ltd is located in Liantang industrial zone of Qingpu district .The workshop occupied 7500 square meters. As a professional manufacturer of deep draw and sheet metal products, we are the supplier of many famous international companies.
We have a professional and high performance working team. There are 52 employees in our company including 12 technicians and office members.
We have advanced equipments. With a complete set of sheet metal processing equipment, including TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 Laser cutting machine ,TRUMPF TruPunch1000 punching machine, AMADA-RG1030 CNC bending machine , CNC plasma flame cutting machine, 630T hydraulic press , 315T hydraulic press , 200T hydraulic press , punching machine with punching force range from 10 tons to 125 tons, , hydraulic shearing machine, 500KN hydraulic press brake, lapping machine, spot welding machine, and a complete set of mold manufacturing equipment ,including drilling machine , milling machine , turning machine , electrical dischargewire cut machine，tapping machine , we can produce precision sheet metal products of different raw material from steel, aluminum, copper plate to stainless steel at thickness from 0.5 mm to 40mm and their assembly parts by welding .
